A respected cosmetic dentist from Sydney has suddenly died in his 50s.
Dr Chad Hazouri - who practised at Dental & Facial Clinic in West Ryde - had a successful 30-year career and was regarded as a pioneer in his industry before his sudden passing in recent days.
He was so well regarded that visiting his practice was nicknamed the Dr Chad Experience.
Heartbroken loved ones shared tributes to Dr Hazouri.
“Not only the best dentist ever but also a great mate,” one friend wrote.
“I loved you my bro and looked up to you... and will miss you until it’s my time.”
Another mate said he was “far too young to leave this world”.
Others said he was “larger than life with the smile and charisma to match”.
Dr Hazouri graduated from Sydney University in 1990 before he travelled the world to perfect dental techniques.
His Dental & Facial Clinic website says he “pioneered dental techniques and procedures that allow him to offer his patients state of the art care for invasive procedure in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implant surgery, gum surgery and facial aesthetics”.
A memorial was held in West Ryde on Tuesday and his funeral will take place this weekend.
